Montgomery Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is a non-profit organization funded by local businesses and taxing bodies, along with the Village of Montgomery. The MEDC purpose is to:
 Promote economic development, economics
stability, expansion and diversification
Encourage and provide positive direction to the
development and improvement of trade
and commerce;
Promote and assist the development of business
concerns both large and small thereby promoting
the village in a positive light.
