USA Tops and Cabinets Opens Facility in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY-The Montgomery Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) announced today that USA Tops and Cabinets has opened a new facility in Montgomery on 1851 Aucutt Road. USA Tops and Cabinets manufactures custom counter tops and cabinets for home builders across the state. The new facility will employ 16 manufacturing, sales and administrative employees.
Matt Hacioglu and Ray Shatku, owners of USA Tops and Cabinets stated, “We are very excited about this new facility. The location is exactly what we were looking for.” USA Tops and Cabinets, who will occupy 16,500 square feet of space at the Aucutt site, moved from its Aurora facility to the Montgomery facility in order to accommodate its annual growth rate of 15% to 20%.
Teresa Nortillo, Executive Director of the MEDC stated, “We are very pleased that USA Tops and Cabinets chose to locate their facility in Montgomery. The company is a wonderful success story and illustrates the positive economic climate in the Fox Valley area.”
Village President, Marilyn Michelini, stated, “The location of USA Tops and Cabinets in Montgomery is a perfect example of a business giving back to the region as a whole. USA Tops and Cabinets is currently working with larger developers such as Lakewood Creek and providing high quality products in this and surrounding areas. I am very happy that they have chosen to locate in Montgomery.”
The Village of Montgomery and the MEDC will hold a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony on January 28, 2005 at 4:00 PM at 1851 Aucutt to welcome USA Tops and Cabinets to the Village of Montgomery. |
