Relocation of a Historic Home

The Village of Montgomery (Village) is soliciting proposals to relocate a historic home (Home) located at 212 Clinton Street in Montgomery . Through this solicitation, the Village hopes to sell the home for $1 in order to save the Home from demolition and facilitate its relocation and rehabilitation.
The Village will consider proposals from qualified individuals or firms with the resources, experience, and capacity necessary to relocate the Home. The candidate will be required to adhere to all current zoning/building codes and processes for the relocation of the Home.
Village staff will review proposals and respond according to the merits of each submission. To be considered by the Village, proposal must be received no later that 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 15 th , 2005. If interested, please submit your proposal to:
