MONTGOMERY -Montgomery's newest laundry will host nine days of activities in celebration of its
official grand opening. New Era Laundry Inc., which opened at 616 Montgomery
Road, Montgomery Illinois, 60538, will mark the occasion with specials running
September 9'h through 17'~. A ribbon cutting is scheduled for September llfhb y
the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce and the Montgomery ViUage dignateries
at 4:30.
"This is just our way of saying thank you to current clients and welcoming new
customers," said New Era Laundry President John Htun. "Our feeling is once
people visit our laundry, they'll come back due to our commitment to providing an
excellent environment with top-quality equipment," added Vice President Joanuie
Htun.
At 4400 square feet of air conditioned space, New Era Laundry features washers
ranging from standard single-load machines to jumbo-load 80-pound units.
The laundry also offers the latest in laundry technology with a card payment
system. Customers may take advantage of drop-off service as well, where staff will
wash, dry and fold their laundry. They are open daily from 5 a.m. to midnight.
